Chicken Recipes

​SLOW COOKER CHICKEN AND POTATOES
Ingredients
  • 1.5 lbs skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 lb baby red or yukon gold potatoes (cubed; halved if small)
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Tailgate Spices Personal Fowl Chicken Seasoning​
Instructions
  1. Place potatoes on bottom of 6 quart slow cooker and lay chicken on top
  2. Melt butter then stir in garlic and seasoning. Pour mixture over the chicken and potatoes. 
  3. Cover and cook on high for 1.5-2 hours or low for 4-5 hours (until chicken temp reaches 165 degrees)
  4. Sprinkly with grated parmesan and parsley (optional)
  5. Serve with vegetable of choice
​BUTTERY PULLED CHICKEN
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs of chicken breasts (approximately 4 chicken breasts)
  • 4-5 tablespoons unsalted butter (recommend Land O Lakes Extra Creamy Butter)
  • 3 tablespoons Tailgate Spices Personal Fowl Chicken Seasoning​
  • 1/4 cup water
Instructions
  1. Place chicken and butter on bottom of slow cooker 
  2. Add spice on and water on top 
  3. Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours (or until chicken is falling apart and 165 degrees)
  4. Stir chicken in slow cooker and it will naturally shred itself
  5. Serve as you choose (on buns or as is with side)
CHICKEN MARINADE
Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons Tailgate Spices Personal Fowl Chicken Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together
​Grilled Lemon Chicken Pita
Ingredients:
  • ​Chicken Breast
  • Coat Chicken Breast with Personal Foul Chicken Seasoning
  • 1/2 Lemon Squeezed
  • Franks Hot Sauce
  • Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Marinate until ready to grill

Sauce:
  • 1/2 Lemon Squeezed
  • 1/2 C Mayo
  • 1/2 C Sour Cream
  • Franks Hot Sauce
  • Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Sprinkle of Personal Foul 
  • Spoonful of minced garlic
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • Salt & Pepper
    ​
Instructions:
  1. Prepare Chicken & Sauce
  2. Serve on Greek Pitas 
  3. Top with Arugula/Spinach, Tomatoes & Chicken​
  4. Drizzle sauce

Beef REcipes

​EASY SLOW COOKER BEEF ROAST
Ingredients
  • 3 lbs chuck roast
  • Tailgate Spices Intentional Grounded Beef Seasoning (see below)
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Sliced Pepperoncinis (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place roast in 6 quart slow cooker
  2. Rub outside of roast with generous amount of Tailgate Spices Intentional Grounded Beef Seasoning
  3. Slice butter and place on top of roast
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce and pepperoncinis
  5. Cook on low for 6 hours or until roast shreds easily with fork
Beef tacos
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Intentional Ground Beef seasoning
  • Tortillas
  • Taco Fillings and Toppings​
Instructions:
  1. Place 1 lb raw ground beef into the pan. 
  2. Add 1 Tbsp Intentional Ground Beef seasoning
  3. Cook until no longer pink
  4. Drain Grease (or use a little if you like your tacos greasier)
  5. Add some water and Mix. 
  6. Bring to a boil.  Then reduce to a simmer for maybe 10 minutes.
  7. Apply fixings and toppings and enjoy

Pork REcipes

​BOURBON PULLED PORK
Ingredients
  • 3 lbs pork shoulder
  • Tailgate Spices Pigskin Pork Seasoning (see below)
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Instructions
  1. Rub outside of pork with generous amount of Tailgate Spices Pigskin Pork Seasoning.
  2. Place pork in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients
  3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours until pork shreds easily with fork ​
Pork Enchiladas
Ingredients:
  • ​1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 onion, diced to your liking
  • 3 cups pulled pork seasoned with 1 Tbsp Tailgate Spices Pig Skin
  • 1 1/2 cups corn
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce
  • 8 medium sized tortillas
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • shredded cheese

Instructions:
  1. Preheat Oven to 350º - Grease 9x13 Baking Dish
  2. Heat oil in large skillet
  3. Saute onions and jalapeno. 
  4. Then add pork, corn, and bbq sauce. Set aside.
  5. In a separate pan, make a roux.  Melt butter over medium heat.  Add flour.
  6. Whisk for about 1 minute.  Add Chicken Broth.
  7. Bring to a low boil and allow it to thicken slightly.  Add cheese.  Stir.
  8. Once Creamy, remove.
  9. Assemble enchiladas.  Add quarter cup pork mixture into tortillas sprinkle with shredded cheese. Place seam down in pan.  Pour cheese sauce over the top of the enchiladas.  Top with more cheese.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes
Suggestion: cilantro, sour cream and some salsa verde!

Bloody Mary Salsa
Ingredients:
  • 4-5 Ripe tomatoes
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 2 scallions
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 spanish pimento olives
  • Juice of 2 lemons and 1 tsp zest
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Get Blitzed Bloody Mary seasoning
  • 1 shot vodka 
Instructions
  1. Blend ingredients together

Super Snack Mix 
Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Creole
  • 2 tsp Skol Seasoned Salt
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 2-4 cup Corn Chex (Or use a variety of Chx; wheat or rice)
  • 1 1/2 cup Goldfish
  • 1 1/2 cup garlic bagel Chips
  • 1 1/2 cup Rye Chips 
  • 1 1/2 cup pretzel sticks

Instructions:
  1. Melt butter and mix Worcestershire sauce, Creole, salt and pepper together
  2. Mix Chex, Goldfish, Bagel Chips, Rye Chips and Pretzel Sticks in a giant bowl
  3. Pour over and mix together
  4. 350º 5 Minutes in Air Fryer
Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb spiral pasta
  • 1 bottle of Italian salad dressing
  • 2 cup cherry/grape tomatoes, diced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can black olives, chopped
  • Cubes of your favorite cheese
  • Pepperoni slices, halved (or small pepperonis)
  • Tailgate Salad Supreme Seasoning (recipe below)
Tailgate Spices Salad Supreme Seasoning
Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp skol seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbsp Kale Mary Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 dash cayenne
  • 1 Tbsp Romano Cheese or grated parmesan (if you are wanting to store your seasoning, do not add cheese yet)
Bloody Mary Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
  • 8 Eggs
  • ​3 Tbsp Mayo
  • 1 tsp Arby's horsey sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Get Blitzed Bloody Mary seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Celery leaves
  • Bacon
Fresh corn on the cob
Ingredients:
  • Garlic Butter- I used about 1/2-1 Tbsp per piece
  • 1/2 Tbsp of Skol seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbsp Kale Mary (Sprinkle on top of the corn)

Instructions:
  1. Grill Corn
  2. Butter, salt and add Kale Mary to taste
