Ingredients
-3 lbs pork shoulder
-Tailgate Spices Pigskin Pork Seasoning (see below) -1/4 cup bourbon
-1/4 cup pure maple syrup
-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
1. Rub outside of pork with generous amount of Tailgate Spices Pigskin Pork Seasoning.
2. Place pork in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients
