​Ingredients
-2 Andouille Sausages (Plain or Cajun) 
-1 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Chicken Breast
- 1 Tbsp Garlic 
-2 tsp Tailgate Spices Personal Fowl Seasoning
-1 tsp salt 
-1 tsp pepper Pinch Red Pepper flakes
-1 10oz can of diced tomatoes
-1 cup chopped spinach
-1/2 Onion, diced
-1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
-1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 cups frozen tortellini
- 1 cup mozzarella
- Parmesan cheese

Instructions
1.Combine Personal Fowl Chicken Seasoning, salt and pepper and season the chicken breast with HALF of mixture
2. Large skillet - heat oil over medium high heat. Add chicken until no longer pink. Cut Up and Add ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE
3. Add garlic, onions.  
4. Add almost all of the seasoning mixture but leave a little.
5. Add tomatoes and cream.  
6. Whisk together the cornstarch and broth then add to the pan.  Add the last of the seasoning mixture. 
7. Add tortellini and bring to a simmer over medium high heat.  Then reduce to medium low and cover about 4-5 minutes.  
​8. Add spinach and cheese, mix.  Add lid and let sit another minute or so for cheese to melt.
