Ingredients:
- 1.3 lbs Shaved Sirloin
- Half of an Onion
- 1/2 cup garlic butter
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 Tbsp Intentional Ground Beef (Tailgate Spices)
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- Provolone Cheese Slices
- Hoagies ​

Instructions:
1. Melt 1/2 c garlic butter on medium high heat. 
​2. Once melted. Add flour to make a roux.  Add Beef Stock.  Keep whisking. Add Onion, seasonings and worcestershire sauce.  Once onions are slightly soft then Add steak.  Cook until meat is no longer pink. 
3. Butterfly hoagies in half. 
4. Spread garlic butter on each and place butter side up and put in your air fryer at 400 for 3 minutes.  
5. Add provolone cheese and steak with a little au jus and cook an additional 90 seconds at 400.
